1. One Fateful Day
Sakura recalls how her quest of the Cardcaptors began, when an average 4th grade girl opened a magical book of cards.
2. Partners In Crime
The morning after capturing her very first card, Sakura is in for a big surprise - Madison has the whole thing on video!!
Madison meets Kero for the first time, and the two become friends. And just in time - because it looks like the Shadow Card
has chosen the school to play its tricks on! It could be too powerful for Sakura to capture alone, but with Madison and Kero
by her side, and a spectacular battle costume to boot, a new partnership is formed.
Trouble at the aquarium when something is attacking the animals, trainers, and guests. Sakura learns of using her cards
in combination but could this be one test she can't pass?
4. An Unexpected Find
Sakura's plans to go to the amusement park with Madison are dashed when Tori reminds her that it's her day to do the
housework. Sakura rolls up her sleeves and starts cleaning, but dirt and dust-bunnies aren't all she finds.. And when two
incorrectly captured Clow Cards start to wreak havoc on the house, it's definitely Sakura's exhausting Sunday.
5. Trouble At Twin Bells
A new toy shop is opening in town and the girls stop by to see the new stuff. Chelsea buys a stuffed panda, but as soon
as she gets it home, it disappears! The girls fear that there's a burglar afoot, but Sakura has a hunch that a Clow Card may
be behind the disappearence. Even though Kero insists that there are no Clow Cards interested in stealing stuffed animals,
he joins Sakura and Madison on a mission to find out what's going on. A new toy shop is opening in town and the girls stop

6. Seeing Is Believing
Nikki comes to school one day and tells everyone that she saw a ghost in the woods. The girls waste no time hiking into
the woods where Nikki saw the "ghost with one eye," hoping to catch a glimpse. The "ghost" returns and the girls turn tail
and run... but after comparing notes, it seems that everyone saw something different. And what Sakura sees could be a dangerous
7. The Mysterious Painting
Sakura and Madison join a sketching class at the Museum, but it doesn't take Sakura long to sense that all's not quiet
in the Reedington Museum of Modern Art. Sakura is shocked when a painting moves before her eyes, and suddenly everything goes
silent! Madison and Sakura think that a Clow Card might be responsible, so they grab Kero and sneak back into the museum at
night to check it out.
8. Sakura's Rival
When visiting student Li Showron joins Sakura's grade four class, she immediately senses something strange about him.
Her suspicions are confirmed when he rudely demands the Clow Cards from her in the schoolyard. Things get even stranger when,
on the way home from school, Sakura and Madison are caught in a storm, which turns out to be the escaped Thunder Card announcing
its presence. Soon, wearing one of Madison's technologically correct battle costumes, Sakura tries to capture the card, but
success only comes with the help of the new kid, Li Showron, and the Shadow Card.
9. Double Edged Sword
The appearance of The Sword Card disrupts a study session between Sakura, Madison, and Rita when it takes possession
of Rita. Even though Li and Kero are putting pressure on Sakura to capture the card, she still is unwilling to fight Rita
to accomplish the goal but is determined to find another way.
10. An Unexpected Reunion
It's Reedington Elementary's annual Sports Day and, as usual, Sakura is leading the pack in all the events! The day turns
into an unexpected reunion when Sakura's Dad and Madison's Mom are introduced and realise that they knew one another growing
up. After sharing some memories of Sakur's late mother Natasha, they re-ignite their old athletic rivalry in the parents'
400-metre race. But the day - and the race - is interrupted by a strange shower of flower petals blanketing the schoolyard!
Sakura and Madison discover the flower card is behind it and have got to stop her - before everyone is buried in flowers!
11. The Special Box
Sakura is invited to Madison's for tea. She goes and has tea with Madison and her mother. Whilst there, she finds out
all about her mother because Madison's mother knew her as a child. Madison later shows Sakura a box that belonged to Natasha
Avalon. It won't come open though. Sakura wants to open it because it belonged to her mother. She can't though, so gets out
her staff. She soon finds out it's the Shield card and seals it. The box comes open and inside is a bouquit of cherry blossom
and a dress.
12. Time And Again
Sakura doesn't practice hard enough and blows her music test. She goes to school the next day and finds herself repeating
the test with better results, but she realises that Time is in a repeating loop. Because of their special powers, Li and Sakura
alone realise what's going on and that the Time Card is to blame. Convinced she can capture the escaped Card without Li's
help, Sakura faces the spirit of Time without him. But she hasn't counted on all of Time's tricks and is grateful when Li
literally leaps in to back her up. She is surprised, however, when the captured card goes to Li. Reluctantly, she accepts
Kero's explanation that Clow Cards return to those who succeed in subduing their power.
13. Power's Ploy
Something has flipped the penguin slide upside down! That does not stop her class from going on a field trip to the zoo
though. Now, Sakura must challenge the force to a contest of strength before it destroys the zoo.
14. Play Misty For Tori
Tori is the lead in his class play, but the Mist Card tries to steal the show.

17. The Cave
Sakura and Li's rivalry includes everything from swimming to food preparation when their class attends an environmental
education camp at the ocean. Refusing to acknowledge both their rivalry and their need for each other, the two Cardcaptors
find a history walk inside a cave changes everything. Sakura has to face her irrational fear of ghosts as she captures the
Erase Card; Li has to acknowledge that this outsider may deserve to be a Cardcaptor after all; and they are both forced to
see that they need each other's skills. But a final round of intense one-on-one volleyball suggests that their mutual appreciation
may be short-lived.
18. A Fair To Remember
A trip to the fair gives Sakura and Julian a chance to get to know each other better, but it seems Li and Tori are more
concerned at beating each other at the attractions. And as an uneventful evening comes to a close, Sakura meets the Glow card
which agress to let her seal it without any trouble.
19. Nothing To Report
It's the end of the summer and Sakura is scrambling to finish her holiday homework on time. The book report should be
a breeze, but the book she's chosen, which is the thinnest one in the library, is proving difficult to track down. Every time
it's spotted in the library it seems to disappear, only to reappear somewhere else! And Li is having the same problem, but
what kind of trickster Clow Card would move things around?
20. The New Rival
If Sakura thought that Li Showron's arrival was trouble, she's in for a big surprise when his old friend Meilin Rae shows
up. Immediately declaring herself Sakura's rival for Li's approval and attention, she aims to make Sakura's life miserable.
When a Clow Card appears in the town challenging marital arts experts, Li and Sakura plan to capture it, but so does Meilin.
Although adept at martial arts, Meilin lacks the magical powers of both her friend Li and her rival Sakura and she is horrified
when Sakura manages to overcome the Fight Card despite her obviously inferior skills. Rather than being grateful to Sakura
for saving her from the Fight Card, Meilin sees only that Sakura's abilities make her a competitor for Li's affections.
21. The Long Marathon
Sakura is running a marathon. It seems normal but Kero notices Sakura goes past over and over again. He realises the
Loop is at work and Sakura sets out to capture it.
22. No Time For Sleep
Sakura and Madison visit Aiden at the University, but find that everyone is falling asleep! It can only be the work of
the sleep card, so Sakura has to seal the card before it ruins her father's chance of finishing an important paper on time.
23. Practice Makes Perfect
Rumors of a ghost in the music room leads Sakura and Li thinknig it's a Clow Card. Later that night, they investigate
and find out it's the Song Card. With the help of Madison, Sakura captures the card.
24. No Problem Too Small
A brush with the Little Card causes big problems for Sakura when she's transformed into a mini version of herself! While
Madison and Kero search for her, Sakura navigates her way around the backyard where everything wants her for their afternoon
snack! Sakura quickly learns that everything is ten times harder to do when you're only three inches high! But in the end,
Kero finds a good use for the card.
25. Double Take
Sakura's reputation is jeopardized when her doble mysteriously turns up in Reedington, doing nasty, mean-spirited things.
Kero realizes that it's time to add to her education about the Cloe Cards, demonstrating their Tarot-like powers. They learn
that the Windy card has allowed the other cards to identify Sakura as a Cardcaptor. But what is worse, Tori has been targeted,
causing him to fall over a cliff. It turns out that this is a lost card that can only be captured if the Cardcaptor identitifies
it first. Enraged by what has happened to Tori, akura pulls out all the stops, identifies it as the Mirror Card, and finally
captures it. Despite her success, Sakura is left troubled by her new responsibilities and the dangers it poses to her loved
26. No Way Out
When Nikki tells Sakura and Meilin about a memorial garden that sells good luck amulets, the two girls simultaneously
decide they have to have one. But once there, the garden turns into a maze and they seem to be hopelessly trapped. Every time
they come up with a strategy to get out the crafty Maze Card makes things more complicated. It is their new subsitute teacher,
the lovely Layla Mackenzie, who helps them find their way out. Alone amoung all the kids, Li is distrustful of the beautiful
stranger, despite her assistance.
27. Return To The Future
While trying to capture the Return Card, Sakura is transported to the past by Return's power, and she discovers that
Tori and Miss Mackenzie used to know each other.
28. Buyer Beware
Try as she might, Sakura can't seem to get the knack of cooking her dad's special family recipe. When some of Sakura's
classmates buy some "magical" cards that seem to help them achieve the impossible, Sakura is tempted to buy a Cooking Card
for herself. When she discovers that an unknown classmate had mistakenly bought a volatile Clow Card, the Shot Card, she joins
up with Li to find the classmate and find the card before disaster ensues.
29. How Sweet It Is
Sakura and Li have to make a cake for Home Ec. When everyone's cakes turn out to sweet, it's revealed a Clow card, the
Sweet, is responsible. When everyone has left the room, Sakura and Li stop the card and seal it.
30. The Race
The speedy Dash Card manages to elude Sakura's pursuit, but injuured, is taken in as a pet by Sakura's schoolmate, Jessie.
Appreciative of Jessie's kindness, the Dash Card helps Jessie's running improve and she ends up qualifying for the big inter-school
track meet. Sakura's cohorts urge her to capture the Dash Card before its strength returns, but Sakura doesn't want her friend
to lose the big race.
31. Dragon Slayer
Meilin and Kero create a competitive atmosphere for Li and Sakura as they capture the Big Card. But it's the Create Card
that causes them real problems when Nikki discovers and old book in a used bookstore. As Nikki writes a story in the book,
the characters come alive. Sakura then must take on the dragon that, although a figment of Nikki's imagination, is very real.
32. The Switch
When Kero and Li both try to catch the Change Card at the same time, they are transformed into each other's bodies. Although
they simply have to return to the same place at the same time the next day in order to reverse the change, both characters
find being the other person is harder than they thought.
33. Ice Breaker
A class ice skating trip becomes a card capture adventure, when Li and Sakura both meet the Freeze Card. Both Li and Sakura
have to learn to ice skate in a hurry when they have to capture the card in order to free their frozen classmates.
34. By The Light Of The Full Moon
Sakura and Julian enter a quiz tornament but so has Li and Meilin. The tournament contestants have to solve riddles to
find the location that can win them a prize. Meanwhile, Kero seems to have lost his powers.
35. The Third Element
Sakura's dream returns with a new twist, which leaves her troubled by what it means. A trip to the winter carnival requires
the trickiest card capture yet, when one of the four elements, Firey, presents itself. But the capture also provides some
inkling to the future.
36. Stormy Weather
What appears to be a nice warm day ends when The Snow Card buries the town in snow. While attempting to capture the card,
Sakura loses the watch that Julian had given her. Sakura thinks Miss Mackenzie hinted to The Snow Card's appearance.
37. The Show Must Go On
During rehearsals for a recital, Madison mysteriously loses her voice. While others suspect that she is merely ill, Sakura
discovers that the Voice card is to blame and has to use the Song card to draw it out of hiding and get her friend's voice
back for her.
38. A Berry Strange Day
Sakura's class is on a field trip at the strawberry farm where Tori and Julian work part time, and they can't wait to start
picking! In the afternoon they'll be getting a lesson on turning strawberries into delicious desserts, and Sakura promises
Julian that he'll be the first to try her creation. But their plans for the afternoon change when the door to the information
centre is suddenly and mysteriously locked shut, and Sakura, Madison, Li and Meilin go over to investigate. The Lock Card
traps the foursome inside, and the only way out is to figure out the "key" to opening the Lock Card itself.
39. Under The Weather
Sakura is in bed and she's moaning. A glowing hand comes into view and rests on Sakura's head. Kero wakes Sakura, but she
doesn't look well, her head feels fuzzy and has a hot temperature. Sakura goes to school anyway, even though it's even raining
outside. Sakura can't seem to keep her concentration though and Miss Mackenzie tells Madison to take Sakura to the office.
Tori comes to take Sakura home, he ends up carrying her through the rain and the dark clouds. Kero tries comforting Sakura
but Tori comes in and Kero assumes the "stuffed animal" position. Tori is very suspicious of Kero and Kero is very nervous,
Tori still leaves though. Outside, the rain stops and the clouds swirl in a circle formation. Sakura senses a Clow card and
goes to the window, seeing the cloud formation; Kero says it's the Cloud Card. When Sakura tries to go out, Kero tries to
stop her but decides it's best to seal it, the storm is getting stronger. Sakura releases the Mirror Card to show itself as
Sakura, so Tori believes Sakura is still in her room. The real Sakura goes out, flying. They approach the center of the swirl
but the Cloud Card attacks launching a streak of cloud at them. She falls off the wand but Li arrives and uses the magic wind
to catch Sakura. Tori comes into Sakura's room and Tori senses something different. Back at Sakura's room, Tori knows the
other Sakura isn't Sakura, remembering her from when he fell off the cliff. He tells The Mirror that he thinks he knows what
Sakura has been up to, but not to tell Sakura. Li scolds Sakura for being outside while she's sick. He cuts through the Cloud
and releases his magic fire. All the cloud burns away, revealing the Cloud's visible form. Sakura seals it and it goes to
Li. To Meilin's surprise, Li gives the card to Sakura, saying she deserves to keep it after coming out to catch it even though
she was sick. Sakura gets back to her room and The Mirror returns to its card form and floats into the drawer where the Clow
Book is. Kero comes outside and says he should stay with Meilin because he's worried Tori knows too much. Tori takes Sakura's
temperature and he goes to call a doctor, Sakura has gotten worse due to going out. Their mother suddenly appears, putting
her hand on Sakura's head and relieving Sakura of the cold.
40. Dreams Can Come True

41. The Sands Of Time
Miss Mackenzie casts Sakura and Li in the class play as the leads, the Prince and Princess... but something strange is
going on. Li is picking up strange vibes from Miss Mackenzie, and Sakura keeps seeing her in her recurring dreams. Soon the
Sand card appears, and Sakura and Li must work together to seal it before it destroys the school.
42. A Strange Intermission
The class play is interrupted by the appearance of the Dark Card. With everyone plunged into darkness and Sakura left alone,
she must look deep inside herself to find the light. The Final Judgement is nearing!
43. Meilin's Story
Unexpectedly, Meilin has to return home. Li shrugs it off saying Meilin only gets in the way anyway, and this upsates Meilin.
Upset that Meilin might leave with the conflict with Li unresolved, Sakura clumsily invites Meilin for a sleepover. During
the sleepover, Meilin reveals (through flashback) that she and Li have been training together with the waiter Wei forever
and that what's really unresolved is her bona fide membership in the cardcaptor team. Sakura tries to convince her otherwise,
but not until the Twin Card capture is underway does Meilin get the recognition she yearns for. She leaves for home smiling,
with a promise to return.
44. The Last Card, part 1
Troubled by the intensity of her recurring dream, on a train trip to Julian's archery competition Sakura recalls her capture
of the Dream Card and the strange advice she received. Things get stranger when Julian's competitor turns out to be Layla
Mackenzie, who loses the match because she senses Kero's presence, forcing a meeting between the two. Sakura is shocked to
discover them talking and flashes back to her capture of the Light and Dark Cards. While trying to collect her thoughts, the
last Clow Card appears.
45. The Last Card, part 2
After using smarts over strength to capture the Earth Card - the final Clow Card (and fourth Element) Sakura watches mystified
as Kero transforms into his true form, the Guardian Beast of the Seal. But as Sakura soon finds out, Kero isn't the only one
who has his magical powers back. The elusive Yue shows himself for the first time and, just as the Light and dark Cards prophesized,
he turns out to be someone who was always by Sakura's side - Julian. Yue, The Judge and second guardian of the Clow Cards,
announces that he will preside over the Final Judgement. With Kero by her side, Sakura watches as Li is put to the test and
prepares to meet her own challenge for dominion over the Cards.
46. The Final Judgement
It is Sakura's turn to face Yue in the final judgement. With mixed feelings Sakura decides to not harm Yue, but Yue threatens
the judgement will end if Sakura fails to defeat him. Will she have the strength to defeat a Clow Card guardian?
47. The Past, The Present And The Future, part 1
Kero and Yue discuss Sakura's qualifications for being the new master of the Clow Cards and that a new danger may be headed
their way. A mysterious person stands outside Sakura's house.
48. A Strange New Beginning (continued from The past, the present and the future)
As Sakura tries to release her key, she realizes that she has been calling out the wrong words. Creating a new chant that
calls on the power of her star, she successfully releases the key and transforms the Firey card into a star card. However
with only one of the 52 Clow Cards transformed, it could be a while until Sakura transforms all of the cards.
49. The Dangerous Piano
Sakura is studying her cards as she hears the sound of a piano from the classroom. She goes to the window and apparently
falls asleep. Eli then wakes her up and she asks for him to play again. He does. Sakura then realizes she had to meet up with
Madison but Madison is at the doorway clapping. She states that she prefers hearing him play over shopping any day. Eli smiles
and secretly enchants the keys. That night, Sakura and Madison are in the school. Madison starts talking and the piano goes
after her. Li tries some of his incantation cards and Kero finally realizes the piano is attracted to Madison's voice. Sakura
tells Madison not to talk and summons the song card, mimicking Madison's voice and luring the piano over the roof of the balcony.
50. The Threads That Bind

51. A New Set Of Wings
Sakura begins a home economics project to make a teddy bear, but while she is at the craft store she finds Eli buying a
large quantity of threads. That night, while she and Li are patroling to check for any strange occurrences Li finds himself
being controlled by an unknown force. Sakura discovers that Li is being controlled like a puppet and has to transform the
Sword card to free Li from his bindings. When Sakura completes her home economics project she decides to give it to Julian
as a birthday present. However when Eli gets his hands on the bear he causes it to grow and rampage through the city. Having
transformed her staff into a Sword with the Sword card, Sakura transforms the Jump card but finds that it doesn't give her
enough speed to catch the bear. Sakura transforms the Fly card and is fortunate to discover that its Star card form does not
need her staff to give her the power of flight, meaning she can use both it and the Sword card together. She cuts off the
bear's ear and it shrinks again.
52. Trouble At The Park
Sakura, Li, Kero, and Madison are at the penguin slide, drawn there by another magical presence. It is discovered that
the slide has moved and a big hole is now present where the slide used to be. Sakura goes into the hole, Li and Kero attempt
to follow but a force field prevents their entrance into the hole. In the hole, Sakura reaches the bottom, there is nothing
there. She is nervous about what she'll find when a sheep stuffed animal falls from above her. To her dismay, more stuffed
sheep continue to fall at an increasing rate and Sakura becomes trapped. She ponders a card that would get her out of her
problem without doing more harm than good when she gets a thought and transforms the Erase Card. It erases the stuffed sheep,
leaving Sakura unharmed. Coming up from the hole, Li and Kero tell her the magical energy is gone. Sakura uses the Power Card
to return the slide to its original position, covering the big hole. Sakura then loses too much energy again and falls asleep.
53. Running Out Of Time
When Sakura notices that the Clow Cards are beginning to lose their magic, Kero tells her that she only has a limited amount
of time in which to transform all the cards before their spirits break free and cause havoc. In an attempt to stop this from
happening, Sakura tries to transform a number of the cards at once, but the Dash card panics and escapes. Sakura follows the
Dash to school where she uses the Loop card to calm it down before sealing it as a Star Card.
54. Calendar Of Memories
Sakura remembers that her grandpa's birthday is coming up and decides to make him a Calendar of Memories that he can treasure.
After collecting up a number of items that he will like, she uses the Flower card to create a bouquet of flowers to send with
55. Sakura In Wonderland
While reading a copy of Alice in Wonderland, Sakura is mysteriously transported into the book where she finds that the
characters all look like her friends. As she tries to find a way out, Sakura has to transform both the Big and Little cards
to help her get free.
56. Spinning Out Of Control
When Sakura and Eli's school holds a fair, both Kero and Spinner insist on tagging along with their masters. Kero spends
the day hiding behind the school eating cakes but when Spinner turns up Kero fails to recognize him thanks to Eli's spell.
However when Spinner starts eating the cakes as well the sugar causes him to go hyper, eating all the food at the fair and
then almost destroying the fair itself. Sakura uses the Sleep card to put everyone else to sleep and see what has happened,
but the only culprit they can find is Kero who insists that it wasn't him.
57. Li's Calling
Li is worried about telling his mom that all of the Clow Cards have been sealed as he thinks she is going to make him move
back home. However he has more important things to worry about when he and Sakura become trapped in a lift and the two have
to work together to transform the Float card and get out. That evening Li finally plucks up the courage to tell his mom about
everything that has happened and she agrees to let him stay until all the disturbances are over.
58. Double Trouble
When a powerful magic prevents Yue and Keroberos returning to their borrowed forms, Sakura tries to hide them at home but
finds the task difficult. She forces Keroberos and Yue to help out with the chores and learns that the Bubble card was designed
for giving Keroberos bubble baths, eventually finding a way to block out the powerful magic to allow her guardians to transform
back into their borrowed forms.
59. Out Of Bounds
When Sakura, Madison and Li stay late at school, they find that somebody has caused the doors to lead into the wrong rooms
leaving them trapped. When Madison gets separated from the others, Sakura uses the Shadow card to find Madison's shadow and
free the three friends from the spell.
60. Just Like Old Times
Meilin returns to Readington for a couple of days and hopes to catch up on the latest news on the quest to transform the
Star Cards, but soon she and the others find themeslves battling a group of penguin statues that have come to life and are
61. A Present For The Cards
In order to get out of the house to check out a strange disturbance, Sakura transforms the Mirror card to take her place,
however while she is out the other cards ask Mirror to pass on a message to her. The next day, Sakura and Tori plan to go
shopping after school to buy their dad a christmas present, but Sakura senses the powerful magic and once again calls on the
Mirror card to take her place. While Sakura transforms the Mist card, Tori takes the Mirror card shopping even though he senses
that it is not really Sakura. That night the Mirror card finally manages to pass on the message to Sakura, that all the cards
are pleased to have her as their master, and Sakura thanks them by performing a piece of music to them that Eli taught her.
62. Sakura's Strange Fortune
As the new year begins, Sakura and Madison go to the festival at the local shrine together. However when Sakura gets her
fortune from the Fortune Booth, which is being run by Eli, the message baffles and worries her. That night Sakura's dream
is troubled by thoguhts of the fortune and she inadvertently transforms the dream card. But is her mysterious dream of three
mysterious figures and an eclipsed world purely a nightmare or could it be a prophecy of things to come?
63. A Wave Of Danger
Sakura and her friends decide to spend a day at the new water park where Sakura is cautious about trying out the waterslide.
However while she and the others relax at the poolside, Li and Eli are competing in the pool to try and beat the other's fastest
lap time. However as the day goes on things turn sour when the wave machine goes haywire causing havoc in the pool. With swimmers
trapped in the waves, Sakura has to try and find a place to transform the Watery card without being seen and finally does
so in the waterslide, successfully transforming the card and taming the waves.
64. A Slippery Slope
When Sakura's class goes on a ski trip, she is frightened by Eli's tale of a ghostly skier who was killed in a storm years
before. But when Sakura and Eli find themselves trapped on one of the ski runs during an avalanche Sakura attempts to use
the Time card to stop the advancing snow. She successfully transforms the card but the strain of doing so causes her to collapse
and although Eli has to stop the avalanche himself, he is proud that Sakura has transformed one of the most difficult cards
65. The Vanishing Act
During filming for a school production, in which Julian plays a character with a secret identity, Julian collapses during
the final scene. When Tori tries to confront Julian to tell him about his real secret identity, Ruby once again tries to interrupt
but Tori locks her out of the room, determined to find out the truth. As Yue reveals himself to Tori he explains that he is
growing weak and that is why Julian is always so tired. Tori offers to give up his magical powers to help Yue stay alive,
but makes Yue promise that he will protect Sakura now that Tori will be unable to sense when she is in danger.
66. When Stars Fall
Sakura attends the premiere of Julian and Tori's movie and is shocked to realise the connection between the plots of the
film and real life, but when she and Julian become trapped in one of the exhibits at the festival, she and Yue have to work
together to find the source of the disturbances. Sakura and Yue become separated while tracing the source of the magic and
Sakura discovers that Eli is the cause of the disturbances, but he uses his magical powers to overpower Sakura, making her
forget what she has found out.
67. The Calm Before The Storm
During an evening fair at the shrine, Tori tries to come to terms with the fact that he no longer has magical powers. As
Julian tries to assure him that Sakura is safe as long as he and Li are there to protect her, Sakura and Li have to work together
battle a horse statue that has come to life and is threatening the fair.
68. Sakura's Return To The Past
Wondering what will happen once all the Clow Cards have been transformed, Sakura uses the Return card to travel back in
time to talk with Clow Reed. Sakura meets with Clow Reed and he answers her questions, but during the experience Sakura realises
that Clow Reed's house is the same one that Eli is now living in. Is it just coincidence that the two live in the same house,
or are Eli and Clow Reed actually one and the same?
69. Revelations, part 1
Sakura has returned to the present from meeting with Clow Reed. Eli appears and reveals his true identity, but before Sakura
has time to confront him, he casts a spell that turns the sky into darkness, making everyone but Sakura, Li, Keroberos, Yue,
himself, Spinner Sun and Ruby fall asleep. Ruby is sent to fight Yue and Spinner Sun is sent to fight Keroberos. Sakura asks
what he has done and he tells her. She then finds out that if she doesn't regain light in the world before dawn, everyone
will sleep ... forever. Sakura is running out of time. Yue and Keroberos escape from Spinner Sun and Ruby to
tell Sakura that if they merge with the staff she will have enough power to transform the Light and Dark cards, the cards
she needs. However, if she can't transform them, they will die and be stuck in the staff forever...
70. Revelations, part 2
Sakura is worried that she won't be able to transform the Light and Dark cards, even with Keroberos' and Yue's help. She
knows that if she can't, Keroberos and Yue will die and everyone in the world will sleep forever. Yue reasures Sakura that
whatever she choses, they will be with her as all of their fates are in her hands. She makes up her mind: Keroberos and Yue
will go inside the staff. They go in and the staff transforms. Now she is strong enough to transform the cards. She starts
to transform them. She tries harder and harder but they only go half way. They start to turn back again, but Li grabs the
staff and says Sakura can do it. The cards transform and she sets the Light card out. The world is brightened,
everyone wakes and Keroberos and Yue come out of the staff, causing it to turn back. Keroberos demands an explanation from
Eli but he has disappeared with Spinner and Ruby. The next day, the class is told Eli is transferring back to England. Sakura,
Li and Madison agree to go to his house.
They go in and open a door. Suddenly, bangers go off; it's a tea party in honor
of Sakura transforming the cards. Kero demands to know why Eli challenged her. Eli reveals it was because Clow Reed wanted
to test Sakura of being a worthy master.
Eli couldn't do it on his own. Miss MacKenzie was helping! All ends up being
explained, however, Yue is annoyed. He wants to know why, if Clow Reed was being reincarnated, they were forced to choose
a new master. Eli reveals that though he has memories of his past, he is not Clow Reed, so Yue and Keroberos had to have a
new master. Li asks to talk to Sakura the next day. He tells her he has to go back home on the weekend. They are both sad
and Sakura wishes he could stay. Sakura is in her bedroom and she starts to cry. She thinks that Li is really gone. A tear
falls to the ground and disappears. Suddenly, the Clow symbol appears on the ground. Lights fly into a small orb in front
of Sakura and appears as a card. It has the Star card design. She turns it round. We suddenly jump to a front view of Sakura
so as to not see the front of the card. She looks at the font and smiles. The screen goes black and the Star card's back appears
and slowly turns around. It is a heart with wings. The word Hope appears in the name section. Sakura says 'Maybe there is
